Sonaer narrow spray atomizer nozzle focus micron and sub-micron droplets onto small parts from various viscosity solutions with very little overspray. Controlled coatings are obtained from these nozzles making it easy to adapt to many applications requiring thin uniform films. The nozzles are lightweight making them attractive with robotic coating systems. Nozzles are available in lightweight aluminum or stainless steel case with stainless steel inner feed tube. Micro feed tubes are available for delivering micro liter volumes, available in stainless steel and PTFE fluoropolymer. Nozzles can be configured with spray shapers for pin point sprays and wide sprays giving the user more control over the coating application.
