Radial Spray Atomizer Nozzles

Radial flow atomizer nozzles can be used to coat blood collection tube sidewalls with material of a uniform thickness while minimizing material deposition on the tube bottoms.

Sonaer ultrasonic spray nozzles minimize product clumping or agglomeration of material. Our technology does not harm coating solution or pharmaceutical chemistry by causing excessive exposure to the atmosphere during application, nor does it cause shearing or separation of materials in suspension. Sonaer atomizer nozzles eliminate clogging, provide film thickness uniformity, and dense films with a low spray velocity and minimal overspray.
