Sonaer’s ultrasonic atomizer nozzles convert various solutions into fine droplets without the use of air pressure. Liquids are pumped through a small orifice within the center of the nozzle and are pulverized into very fine droplets by the nozzles piston like motion, creating uniform spherical particles. Nozzles produce very little over spray and have a narrow droplet distribution curve and are excellent for thin film coatings of all types.
Sonaer’s 2.4 megahertz particle generator makes the smallest droplet size of all ultrasonic products. The 241PGT/PG particle generator is a menu driven self contained nebulizer with variable power control, variable air flow with user selectable timer. At the rear of the unit is connection for remotely activating and deactivating droplet production. Sonaer also has accessories that attach to the unit to switch from air to gas, including laminar flow, adapters from sanitary to KF-40, reducers and much more. Within the nebulizer chamber is a .75mm thick PFA coated or gold plated crystal that vibrates like a diaphragm. This motion propagates ultrasonic waves through solutions where it reaches the surface. A smoky mist is generated from these waves and are carried off with a low velocity air or gas source.
Sonaer’s 2.4 megahertz nebulizer module makes the smallest droplet size of all ultrasonic products. The nebulizer is small and compact, comes with fluoropolymer seals or viton. PFA coated or gold crystal is chemically inert for most solutions. Operates from 24VDC and can easily be made into arrays for increased output of droplets.
