Sonaer offers a full range of ultrasonic services designed to support research, development, and production needs. From leasing atomizer nozzles for testing and experimentation to creating fully customized nozzle designs, our team provides precise and flexible solutions for any application. We also offer droplet measurement services, ultrasonic atomizer and nebulizer arrays for increased output, and development of custom consumer ultrasonic products. Whether for lab research or large-scale production, Sonaer delivers the expertise and technology to bring your ultrasonic ideas to life.
Sonaer offers flexible leasing options for researchers and labs needing short- or long-term access to our Atomizer Nozzle, Generator, and Syringe Pump systems. Choose from monthly, 6-month, 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year plans starting at $650/month, with reduced rates for longer terms.
Customers who like Sonaer’s products and have an application they like to explore, engineers will look at the specifications and design a piezoelectric transducer to fit the process or application. The owner has been designing ultrasonic transducers for over thirty years from phacoemulsifiers for cateract removal, wave propagation through thin nitinol and titanium wires to remove arterial plaque, special catheters for kidneystone fragmentation using ultrasonic waveguide and the like.
Sonaer droplet measuring system consists of the Sympatec HELOS particle sizer. If a customer wishes to size their products droplet formation, Sonaer will provide this service based on the customers requirements. Inquire for price information
Sonaer atomizer nozzle arrays are configured to handle multiple coating jobs at one time. Nozzles are configured in a row or matrix and can be operated individually or at one time for precise coatings. For limited areas the pitch of our nozzles can be reduced by operating without the
Sonaer multi-element arrays for increased output generation of droplets. Nebulizer arrays are made to customers specification and come in either 1.65MHz or 2.4MHz.
Sonaer has the capability to make consumer products with our ultrasonic technology. Using 3D printers and CAD software, we can easily make plastic housings or attachments for injection molding and integrating the designs with our atomizer nozzles. Since our atomizer nozzles are made in titanium alloy, this is used because of the metals inertness to chemicals and excellent sound properties.
