2.4MHz ultrasonic particle generator available in PTFE and PFA fluropolymer (241PGT), both with fluoropolymer seals. On top of the unit is a filling reservoir, nebulizer vessel with TEE, valve and optical sensor. Below is the controller and nebulizer. Customer fills the reservoir and when turned on the optical sensor detects if liquid volume is within the vessel. If not a valve will open and fill the unit, once filled the power to the nebulizer will be activated.
2.4MHz nebulizer with vessel and liquid inlet outlet ports available with PFA fluoropolymenr coated vessel, plain 304 stainless steel vessel and plain stainless steel vessel with viton seals. The vessel is a standard 1.5 inch schedule 40 pipe nipple for attaching TEEs elbows and other piping. Liquid is introduced into one of the ports on the side of the unit and is then nebulized. Droplets need to be carried off for use in processes or experimentation. Units available are 241CT (shown available without fittings), 241CST and 241CV. “T” designates fluoropolymer seals, “V” Viton seals. Units operate from 0-24VDC.
2.4MHz nebulizer without vessel on top. Same operation as version above. Available in 241T or 241V, operates from 0-24VDC
2.4MHz replacement nebulizer module for all units above with same operation. Modules are self contained nebulizer that operate from 0-24VDC. Modules can easily be configured into arrays to increase output droplet generation. Execellent for sterilizing rooms with hydrogen peroxide, humidification, fuel research. Available in 241TM and 241VM units.
