Ultrasonic Atomizer Nozzle for High Temperature Spraying

High Temperature Spraying

Sonaer high-temperature nozzles can be used to spray into furnaces, heated chambers, or over hot surfaces or substrates, up to a 600°C furnace or surface temperature. Such may be used for applications requiring moderately high-temperature drying, as well as spray pyrolysis, spray drying, aerosol assisted chemical vapor deposition (AACVD), substrate coating, or fuel injection and combustion processes.

High-temperature nozzles may also be combined with air/gas-assisted spray shapers in order to introduce carrier gas into the spray, to direct the spray, as well as to shape or focus the spray, or perhaps even be utilized in some chemical reaction with the sprayed material such as one may use in spray pyrolysis or AACVD.

In addition, Sonaer can manufacture solid probes, and, using the hypo-needle feed technique, allow for the spraying of a number of preheated liquids or melts, such as heated oils or metal melts with a melting point (thus far) under 600°C.
