Early Termination Policy
If the agreement is terminated early, the cost is recalculated based on the shorter lease term.
 For example:
 A customer signs a one-year lease but decides to return the system after seven months.

• The six-month rate applies ($1,250/month).
• 7 months × $1,250 = $8,750 total value.
• The customer already paid 7 months × $950 = $6,650.
• The balance due is $2,100.

This ensures fair adjustment between short- and long-term agreements.
