Sonaer’s high temperature 40kHz atomizer nozzle with spray shapers. Nozzles are titanium alloy and 316 stainless steel construction for spraying temperatures up to 600C degrees. Nozzles come with either a pin point spray shaping attachment or our wide vortex spray shaping attachment. The pin point spray shaper can spray down to 250 micron diameters and our wide vortex spray shaper can spray droplets as wide as 100 degree angles.
