Customers who like Sonaer's products and have an application they like to explore, engineers will look at the specifications and design a piezoelectric transducer to fit the process or application. The owner has been designing ultrasonic transducers for over thirty years from phacoemulsifiers for cateract removal, wave propagation through thin nitinol and titanium wires to remove arterial plaque, special catheters for kidneystone fragmentation using ultrasonic waveguide and the like. We are familar with all metals and plastics made into transducers. One project that was worked on in the 90's was an ultrasonic toothbrush. This toothbrush made in plastic was battery operated and produced cavitation the making and breaking of bubbles cleaning between teeth and gums. Although Sonaer makes atomizer nozzles, we can make them smaller with less mass for portable battery operated applications. Not only are we able to make all sorts of ultrasonic transducers, our generator is state-of-the-art employing many years of research and know-how and can operate any transducer. We are the first to adapt all the features found on our ultrasonic generator with more to follow on future generations of machines. If something is not on our website, let us know so we can design it. Above is our integrated atomizer nozzle and generator with wide vortex spray shaper. |
