Recent disease outbreaks worldwide such as influenza and ebola further illustrate a demand for appropriate sterilization of equipment, personnel, and facilities. Both the US EPA and CDC present strict standards and protocol for the sterilization of rooms via fogging, a technique that utilizes small, aerosolized droplets of decontaminant solution(s) or liquid(s) to create a fog within a desired area to be decontaminated. Sonaer manufactures custom nebulizer arrays for the production of sterilization and disinfectant fogs from aqueous solutions such as those containing hypochlorite (bleach), chlorides, and hydrogen peroxide. Sonaer can assist in the production and development of "turn-key" room sterilization devices as well, to produce and spread decontamination fog throughout a room or other closed area.

For customers who need large output volumes of droplets of hydrogen peroxide, bleach/sodium chloride solution, or other sanitizing liquids or solutions for sterilization. Arrays are manufactured to customer specifications, and optionally may be fluoropolymer coated. Each element in the array is removable for easy replacement. Operation is 24 volts D, facilitating integration into systems.
